This is the Restored / Complete version of Bible Black : New Testament.
For those of you who may not know, Milky Studios (who made the series) released a "Restored" version of Bible Black New Testament : basically, they made a 2-hour movie by adding all the episodes, cutting about one hour of scenes and added about 7 minutes of new scenes.
Since it's only been released in Japan, there hasn't been any translation or subtitles and it's still censored.
